Refund Policy

1. 14-day refund period

All purchases are eligible for a full refund when the refund request is made within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.

2. No exceptions

The 14-day refund period applies regardless of whether the digital files have been accessed, downloaded, opened, or used. We do not apply exclusions for change of mind, compatibility, software requirements, usage knowledge, or personal preference within this period.

3. Paddle purchases

Payments are processed by Paddle. Refund requests are handled in line with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable refund requirements.
